    Before first use:

    • Spray, a thin layer of water-free release agent on your new banneton proofing basket or, wipe it with a cloth towel. After this, flour it as usual.

    Instructions :

    • Tap the brotform gently after each use; so no flour remains in the banneton proofing basket.


    Note :1.Because the banneton proofing basket is handmade of 100% nature rattan, the initial use of the smell of the rattan itself, please keep the ventilation after use, after a period of time the smell will improve.
